Relaxation Room
Self-care means the practice of taking care of your well-being and happiness, especially during stressful times. Self-care can look different for different people. Some common self-care skills are: getting enough sleep, eating healthy, exercise/going for walks, journaling, listening to music, drawing/coloring, meditation/mindfulness/breathing exercises, doing fun hobbies, and talking with friends and family that support you.
