In and out of classrooms through morning meetings and closing meetings, events shared with JFK high school, the Book Fair, Field Day, Character Parade, Tiger Talks virtually for parents, opportunities to engage at whatever * level you'd like, dedicated Family Liaison, and more!

Programming

• Neighborhood school within walking distance to JFK and BVIS

• 3 specials teachers (ECE gets specials, too)

• FREE Before and After care through Discovery Link

• Full Day ECE for 3 and 4 year olds

• 1:1 Literacy Tutoring in-house for Kinder and 1st grade

• Full-time in-house school psychologist, in addition to, a social worker and play-based therapy through Maria Droste Center

• Values-based character development through our restorative practices, individual celebrations and team building activities

• Teachers have an average of over 10 years of experiences

Traylor Academy has been part of Denver Public Schools for over 50 years!

We have third-generation families who are choosing to have their grandchildren attend Traylor Academy, even if they don’t live in the neighborhood.

We get to be involved in Kennedy High School’s celebrations, and partner with Henry World and Bear Valley International School in many activities.

We are 1-to-1 with Chromebooks from grades 1 through 5.
