What an incredible three weeks of Let’s Build Bromwell! Fun Run Day brought our school values to life, with students cheering each other on, teachers running alongside their classes, and joy around every corner. Our teachers showed what it means to be “All In” by taking pies to the face at the afternoon pep rally!
THANK YOU to every family, teacher, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this year's campaign a success!
🏆 Golden Hard Hat Champions!
Congratulations to Ms. Stevenson's class, winners of the Build Bromwell Change Bucket Challenge and the coveted Golden Hard Hat with $115.22 collected! A shoutout to Mr. West's class, who came in a close second with $106.39. Together, our Bears collected $736 (32lbs) in spare change!

Roll up your sleeves and help spruce up Bromwell’s campus this fall! Bring your crew and a little elbow grease for two hours of school beautification alongside fellow Bromwell families and friends. It's a great way to give back to our school and enjoy some time together as a community.

Calling All Bromwell Poets! ✍️📚
DPS is now accepting submissions for its 2026–27 Student Poetry Book! All Bromwell students in ECE–5th grade are invited to submit an original poem for a chance to be published. Selected poems will appear in a digital collection on Sora, and printed copies will be available for school libraries and students whose work is selected.
Submissions are due December 31.

Books to Donate?
The Bromwell Library is always happy to accept new or gently used children’s books! Books can be hardcover or paperback — we just ask that they be in great condition and ready for students to enjoy.
Our most recent student requests: children’s cooking and baking books! 👩🍳📚
We also keep a small Library Wish List based on student interests and requests — you can view it HERE.

BESS Parent Screening — Due October 30
Bromwell uses the BESS (Behavioral and Emotional Screening System) to help understand how students are doing socially, emotionally and behaviorally at school. School Psychologist, Jordan McElligott has put together a video explaining more about the BESS HERE.

*Kindergarten families: Due to an issue with the online Kinder form, your child will bring home a paper form to complete and return to school.

LUNCH & RECESS VOLUNTEERS WELCOME!
We would love extra hands during lunch and recess! If you have time to help, please sign in at the front desk, grab an orange volunteer vest and stay for as much of the lunch/recess block as you’re able. Once you arrive, introduce yourself to the staff members on duty and they’ll let you know where help is most needed.
