Abraham Lincoln High School Celebrates 65th Anniversary with Bold Branding Launch

DENVER, CO – Abraham Lincoln High School (ALHS), a cornerstone of the Denver Southwest community since 1960, proudly marks its 65th anniversary with the launch of a refreshed brand identity. This milestone underscores ALHS’s enduring commitment to empowering students and shaping futures while embracing a vibrant new chapter.

The branding launch introduces a modern logo, updated school colors, new website, and a unifying tagline: “Lancer By Design.” These elements reflect the school’s legacy of resilience, innovation, and Southwest Denver pride, while signaling its forward-looking vision for the next generation of students.

“For 65 years, ALHS has been a place where students discover their potential and build their dreams. I have been fortunate enough to start my teaching career at Lincoln and have devoted my educational career to Southwest Denver” said Principal Bravo. “This branding launch honors our history and renews our promise to inspire excellence, foster leadership, and strengthen our community, as we say Once A Lancer, Always A Lancer”

Since its founding, ALHS has evolved into a vibrant hub of opportunity, delivering strong academics, diverse career pathways, and a wide array of extracurriculars that equip students for college and beyond. The school’s celebrated sports programs have also shone brightly, producing championship victories and nurturing professional athletes who have gone on to excel on national and global stages. The 65th anniversary branding launch reaffirms ALHS’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, high-expectation environment for all Lancers in Southwest Denver, where academic, athletic, and personal success thrive together; that is the vision of Lancer By Design.
