Dear DPS Community,

This year, for the first time in ten years, Montbello opened its doors as a comprehensive high school. As the district’s largest bond project to date, the new building will include the latest in school architecture design with cornerstones from the old building to bring the students of Montbello an innovative state of the art campus by August 2024. Earlier this week, DPS broke ground on the Reimaging Montbello Project with a community celebration and a few words from district leaders. Watch the full ceremony and the recap.

No se pierdan la ceremonia de inauguración de Montbello

Estimado equipo y comunidad de DPS:

Este año, por primera vez en diez años, Montbello abrió sus puertas como escuela preparatoria integral. Siendo este el mayor proyecto financiado por el bono del Distrito hasta la fecha, el nuevo edificio incluirá los últimos avances en diseño arquitectónico escolar y las piedras angulares del antiguo edificio para brindar a los estudiantes de Montbello un innovador campus de vanguardia para agosto de 2024. A principios de esta semana, DPS inició las obras de construcción del Proyecto para Reimaginar Montbello con una celebración comunitaria y unas palabras de varios líderes del Distrito.
