“Cody has a large amount of students present for class daily and he does a great job of utilizing small groups to get students talking to one another about the work as well as the zoom chat. He also uses jamboards to help ensure students can access the work and treats it like a worksheet. While in the classroom, you can’t tell who has an IEP and who doesn’t. He has a mistakes are good policy so all students are more likely to take risks.”
