She guides her classroom with a strengths-based focus and guides her instruction on what students can do, rather than what they cannot do. She makes sure that all students are included in conversations and has a voice. She is a champion in inclusive practices with her students, and a huge part of her students success is her amazing ability to build strong relationships with families to ensure her students are meeting their academic and social-emotional goals.”
