For seven consecutive years, DPS students have outpaced their classmates statewide in academic growth in both English language arts and math. This year’s growth in English language arts is the strongest ever made by DPS students. Student of color, students in lower-income groups, English language learners and students with disabilities all made greater academic progress than their classmates did.
