The scheduling options created for a mix of in-person and remote learning were shared with the broader DPS community, who weighed in on their preferences in our second survey, launched on June 1.
Feedback from that survey showed that, of the three options, the majority of families and staff would prefer Option 1, an AA/BB schedule. This was consistent across racial and ethnic groups, as well as the education level of the students served. View the results of this survey here.
Our educator-led Workgroup emphasized the need for a strong equity focus on providing additional in-person learning for students who need it most. That additional support for priority students is a demonstration of our commitment to being an equity-led school district. Schools would begin prioritizing additional in-person learning for our students with disabilities and our students who are in the early stages of learning English. Schools then would work to prioritize as many additional student groups as possible for the extra day of in-person learning, including students who are not on track to graduate, students from historically underserved populations, and students from low-income households.
In the event that health conditions change, and guidance requires us to move to a hybrid schedule, DPS would proceed with Option 1.

In determining the “A” and “B” student groups for each scenario, siblings would be prioritized so that they can be attending in-person learning on the same schedule. All students would have access to in-person learning at least 40% of the time. Nuestro grupo de trabajo hizo hincapié en la necesidad de centrarse firmemente en la equidad y en proveer un aprendizaje presencial adicional a los estudiantes que más lo necesitan. በአስተማሪዎች የሚመራው ግብረ ኃይል በጣም ለሚያስፈልጋቸው ተማሪዎች ተጨማሪ በአካል ተገኝተው በመማራቸው ላይ ትኩረት ማድረግ አስፈላጊነት ላይ አጽንዖት አድርገዋል። ትኩረት ለሚያሻቸው ተማሪዎች ተጨማሪ ድጋፍ ለመስጠት መዘጋጀታችን በፍትሃዊነት-መርህ የሚመራ የት/ቤት ዲስትሪክት ለመሆን ያለንን ቁርጠኝነት ያሳያል። ት/ቤቶች የአካል ጉዳት ላላቸው ወይም በእንግሊዝኛ ትምህርት ጀማሪ ለሆኑ ተማሪዎችንተጨማሪ በአካል ተገኝተው ድጋፍን መስጠት ተቀዳሚ ተግባራቸው ለማድረግ ይጀምራሉ። ት/ቤቶች ከዚያም በተጨማሪ የአካል ትምህርት ቀን ውስጥ ለመመረቅ ትክክለኛ መስመር ላይ ያልሆኑ ተማሪዎችን፣ በታሪካዊ አጋጣሚ በቂ አገልግሎት አያገኙ ከነበሩ አካባቢዎች የሆኑ ተማሪዎችን እና ከዝቅተኛ ገቢ ቤተሰቦች የመጡ ተማሪዎችን ጨምሮ የተቻለውን ያህል ተጨማሪ የተማሪዎች ቡድኖች ላይ ለማተኮር ሊሠሩ ይችላሉ።
የጤና ሁኔታዎች በሚለወጡበት እና መመሪያዎች ወደ ቅልቅል የጊዜ ሠሌዳ እንድንዛወር በሚጠይቀን ጊዜ DPS በአማራጭ 1 ይቀጥላል።

ለእያንዳንዱ ሁኔታ የ “ሀ” እና የ “ለ” ቡድኖች ተማሪዎችን በመወሰን ሂደት ውስጥ በአንድ ጊዜ ሠሌዳ አብረው መማር ይችሉ ዘንድ ቅድሚያ ለእህት/ወንድማማቾች ይሰጣል። ሁሉም ተማሪዎች ከአጠቃላዩ የትምህርት ጊዜ ውስጥ 40% የሚሆነውን ያህል ጊዜ በአካል ተገኝተው የሚማሩ ይሆናሉ። እያንዳዳቸው የ “ሀ” እና የ “ለ” ቡድኖች በአጠቃላይ በት/ቤቱ ለመማር ከተመዘገበው አጠቃላይ ተማሪ ግማሹን የሚይዙ ይሆናሉ። ይህም የተጠየቀውን የአካላዊ ርቀት ማስጠበቅ የሚያስችል ይሆናል።

हाम्रो शिक्षाप्रदायकले नेतृत्व गरेको कार्यसमूहले धेरै आवश्यकता हुने विद्यार्थीहरूका लागि अतिरिक्त व्यक्ति-उपस्थित सिकाइ प्रदान गर्दा सशक्त समानतामा ध्यान दिनु पर्ने कुरामा जोड दिए। ती प्राथमिकतामा परेका विद्यार्थीहरूका लागि अतिरिक्त सहयोगले, हामी समानता-समर्थित स्कूल डिस्ट्रिक्ट हुनमा हाम्रो प्रतिबद्धतालाई प्रदर्शित गरेको छ। स्कूलहरूले हाम्रा असक्तता भएका विद्यार्थीहरू तथा अङ्ग्रेजी सिकाइको प्रारम्भिक चरणमा भएका विद्यार्थीहरूका लागि अतिरिक्त व्यक्ति-उपस्थित सिकाइको प्राथमिकीकरण सुरु गर्दैछन्। त्यसपछि स्कूलहरू व्यक्ति-उपस्थित सिकाइको त्यो अतिरिक्त दिनका लागि सम्भव भएसम्म बढीभन्दा बढी अतिरिक्त विद्यार्थीहरूको समूहको प्राथमिकीकरण गर्नका लागि काम गर्नेछन्, यसमा ग्राजुएट हुने मार्गमा नभएका विद्यार्थीहरू, ऐतिहासिक रूपमा न्यून सेवा प्रदान गरिएका जनसङ्ख्याका विद्यार्थीहरू र न्यून-आय घरपरिवारका विद्यार्थीहरू सामेल छन्।

Варианты обучения, сочетающие стационарное и дистанционное преподавание, были представлены для ознакомления членам сообщества DPS, которые выразили свои предпочтения во время участия во втором опросе, проведенном 1 июня.
Результаты опроса показали, что из трех вариантов большинство семей и сотрудников предпочли вариант №1 — график AA/BB. Такой выбор был равнозначным среди представителей разных расовых и этнических групп, а также уровней общеобразовательной подготовки учащихся. Ознакомиться с результатами этого опроса можно здесь.
Наша рабочая группа педагогов подчеркнула необходимость обеспечения принципа равенства при предоставлении дополнительного стационарного обучения для учащихся, которые в этом больше всего нуждаются. Дополнительная поддержка для учащихся, которые наиболее в ней нуждаются, является демонстрацией приверженности нашего округа принципам равенства и справедливости. Приоритет при предоставлении дополнительного очного обучения в школах будет отдан учащимся с особыми потребностями и учащимся с начальным уровнем владения английским языком. Также школы будут работать над тем, чтобы первоочередное предоставление дополнительных услуг было оказано как можно большему количеству групп учащихся, в том числе тем учащимся, которые не готовы своевременно окончить школу, а также представителям исторически ущемленных народностей и малообеспеченных семей.
В случае изменения обстоятельств в сфере здравоохранения и в соответствии с рекомендациями нам, возможно, придется перейти на гибридную форму обучения, а именно — к варианту №1.
Вариант №1: Расписание стационарного обучения, состоящее из 2-х дневных учебных блоков (AA/BB).
В оставшиеся дни недели предусмотрена дистанционная форма обучения.

Во время распределения учащихся по группам «A» и «B» при любом варианте обучения приоритет будет отдан братьям и сестрам, чтобы они могли посещать очные занятия по одному и тому же графику. Доля объема стационарного обучения для всех учащихся будет составлять не менее 40%. Группы «А» и «В» как правило включают примерно половину от общего количества учащихся в школе, что позволяет соблюдать требования социального дистанцирования.

ေရြးခ်ယ္စရာ သုံးခုအနက္ စစ္တမ္းတုံ႔ျပန္ခ်က္မ်ားမွ မိသားစုမ်ားႏွင့္ ဝန္ထမ္းအမ်ားစုမွာ AA/BB အစီအစဥ္ျဖစ္သည့္ ေရြးခ်ယ္စရာ 1 ကို ပိုမိုႏွစ္သက္ေၾကာင္း ျပသခဲ့သည္။ ယင္းမွာ လူမ်ဳိးႏွင့္ တုိင္းရင္းသားအုပ္စုအားလုံးအျပင္ ပံ့ပိုးေပးသည့္ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား၏ ပညာေရးအဆင့္မ်ား အားလုံးတြင္ တစ္သမတ္တည္းျဖစ္သည္။ စစ္တမ္းရလဒ္မ်ားကို ဤေနရာတြင္ ၾကည့္ပါ။
ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တို႔၏ ဆရာဦးေဆာင္သည့္ လုပ္ငန္းအဖြဲ႔သည္ အလုိအပ္ဆုံးေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားအတြက္ အပုိေဆာင္း လူကုိယ္တုိင္တက္ေရာက္သင္ၾကားမႈကို ပံ့ပိုးေပးရာတြင္ အားေကာင္းေသာ သာတူညီမွ်အေလးေပးမႈတစ္ခု လုိအပ္ခ်က္ကုိ အေလးေပးခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ဦးစားေပးေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားအတြက္ ယင္းအပိုေဆာင္း ပံ့ပိုးမႈမွာ သာတူညီမွ်မႈ ဦးေဆာင္သည့္ ေက်ာင္းခ႐ိုင္တစ္ခု ျဖစ္လာေစရန္အတြက္ ကၽြႏု္ပ္တို႔၏ အားထုတ္ႀကိဳးပမ္းမႈကို လက္ေတြ႔ျပသလုိက္ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ ေက်ာင္းမ်ားသည္ ကၽြႏု္ပ္တုိ႔၏ မသန္စြမ္းေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားႏွင့္ အဂၤလိပ္စာသင္ၾကားရာတြင္ အစပိုင္းအဆင့္မ်ားတြင္ ရွိေနသည့္ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားအတြက္ အပို္ေဆာင္း လူကိုယ္တိုင္တက္ေရာက္သင္ၾကားမႈမ်ားကို ဦးစားေပးရန္ စတင္သြားမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ထို႔ေနာက္ ေက်ာင္းမ်ားသည္ ေက်ာင္းၿပီးေျမာက္ရန္ လမ္းေၾကာင္းမွန္ေပၚတြင္ ရွိမေနသည့္ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ား၊ အစဥ္အလာအရ ခ်ဳိ႕ငဲ့ခဲ့သည့္ လူထုအတြင္းမွ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားႏွင့္ ဝင္ေငြနည္းအိမ္ေထာင္စုမ်ားမွ ေက်ာင္းသားမ်ားအပါအဝင္ ရက္ပိုလူကိုယ္တုိင္ တက္ေရာက္သင္ၾကားေရးအတြက္ တတ္ႏုိင္သမွ် ထပ္ေဆာင္းေက်ာင္းသားအုပ္စုမ်ားစြာကုိ ဦးစားေပးေဆာင္ရြက္သြားမည္ျဖစ္သည္။

Les options d’emploi du temps créées pour une combinaison d’apprentissage en présentiel et à distance ont été partagées avec l’ensemble de la communauté DPS, qui a fait part de ses préférences lors de notre deuxième enquête lancée le 1er juin.
D’après les résultats de cette enquête, sur les trois options, la majorité des familles et du personnel préfèrent l’option 1, à savoir un emploi du temps AA/BB. Les réponses n’ont pas varié d’un groupe racial et ethnique à l’autre, et d’un niveau scolaire à l’autre. Pour consulter les résultats de l’enquête, cliquez ici.
Notre groupe de travail dirigé par des éducateurs a souligné la nécessité de mettre l’accent sur l’équité, par la mise à disposition d’un enseignement en présentiel supplémentaire pour les élèves qui en ont le plus besoin. Cet appui supplémentaire aux élèves prioritaires témoigne de notre engagement à demeurer un district scolaire où l’équité est une priorité. Les écoles accorderont la priorité à l’apprentissage supplémentaire en présentiel aux élèves handicapés et aux apprenants de la langue anglaise qui en sont à leurs premières étapes. Ensuite, les écoles essaieront des privilégier autant de groupes d’élèves supplémentaires que possible pour la journée supplémentaire d’apprentissage en présentiel, notamment les élèves qui risquent de ne pas obtenir leur diplôme, les élèves issus de populations historiquement défavorisées et les élèves issus de ménages à revenus modestes.
Dans l’éventualité d’une évolution des conditions sanitaires, et si les directives nous obligent à passer à un emploi du temps mixte, DPS choisira l’option 1.
Option 1 : Emploi du temps par bloc de 2 jours (AA/BB) pour l’apprentissage en présentiel.
Les élèves bénéficieront d’un enseignement à distance le reste de la semaine.

Dans la détermination des groupes d’élèves « A » et « B » pour chaque scénario, les frères et sœurs auront la priorité pour pouvoir bénéficier des mêmes horaires d’apprentissage en présentiel. Tous les élèves auront accès à l’apprentissage en présentiel 40 % du temps. De façon générale, chaque groupe « A » et « B » comprendra environ la moitié de l’effectif total de l’école, ce qui permettra d’appliquer la distanciation physique requise.
