Native American Culture and Education
Native Hawaiian students are part of the indigenous community in the United States. The Native American Culture and Education (NACE) team is reaching out to find our Native Hawaiian students who may be interested in accessing programs and support — for example, NACE can help advocate for students, navigate the DPS system to help students access resources such as tutoring and food and clothes assistance. Students can also access more scholarship funding if they are part of the Native Hawaiian Registry program. If you are a Native Hawaiian student or family interested in the NACE program, please contact Rose McGuire at Rose_McGuire@dpsk12.org.
Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center
A museum without walls, the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center presents innovative, community-centered museum experiences throughout the United States and beyond.
