The Audition Process

Preparation
The student should come prepared with a portfolio that includes: resume, essay, past experiences in clubs, awards, photos, and anything else that will help the judges understand the expertise and enthusiasm of the student.

The student shall have in hand: a 2 minute video or a series of ten photos that tells a story.

The Audition
Two judges will evaluate the students work and interview.

The student will perform a writing assignment and a quiz that is given before the interview.

The interview will consist of the judges viewing student work and portfolio, and the student answering a series of questions about experiences, expertise and commitment in being a student (if selected) to be a part of the Video Cinema Arts Program.
