Barnum Elementary Staff Spotlight

Assistant Principal Margaret Clinkscales

This is Margaret Clickscales fourth year as Barnum Elementary's Assistant Principal and has been employed by the district for 22 years. Mrs. Clickscales was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She attended Denver Public Schools and is a graduate of Manual High School. From there she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She went on to teach Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd and 6th grades at several schools in the district. After recieving her Masters in Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix she took on the role of assistant principal at Archuleta Elementary before coming to Barnum.

Margaret is married, a mother of three and has a grandchild. During her spare time she likes to read fiction. Her favorite book is The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran. She likes to shop, loves all food and her favorite color is green.
