FINISH RESTORATION

001 FINISH RESTORATION - CARPET - Replace all worn classroom and office carpeting and base trim per DPSspecs. Coordinate all necessary hazmat testing and abatement with DPS HazMat PMs. Scope to includebreakdown and/or relocation of all non-fixed equipment. Maintain all vinyl flooring areas around sinks currentlyexisting in elementary areas. Castro- Replace damaged vinyl on stairs in the gym (no carpet replacement on gymfloor). Replace office carpeting, add corridor tile replacement as an alternate and complete if funding permits.
