BOILER

001 BOILER - Replace boiler as per DPS guide specs 15555. Replace in boiler room: pumps, hydronic specality items,associated pipe and all valves. Ref. spec. 15110, and all div. 15 that apply including water treatment associatedwith this project ref. 15548.

002 BOILER - Retube boiler replace controls.

001 REGULATORY LIGHT FIXTURES - Replace all T-12 and incandescent lighting fixtures with T-8 or T5HOfixtures. Properly dispose of all existing lamps and fixtures. Comply with DPS Design and Construction StandardsSECTIONS 16501: LAMPS, 16502 BALLASTS AND CONTROLS and 16510: LUMINAIRES and all otherapplicable DPS Standards. Patch and Repair.
