FIRE SUPPRESSION / SPRINKLER

001 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM - Design new fire sprinkler system throughout entire building. Comply with DPSDesign and Construction Standards SECTION 15300: STANDPIPE AND FIRE SPRINKLER STANDARDS andall other applicable DPS Standards. Patch and Repair.

ROOFING

004 ROOFING - BUILT-UP - Built-Up roofing to include the following: Gravel, 4-ply membrane,replace existing perlitewith 1/2" wood fiber, 1/8" taper insulation, replace exsiting polyisocyanurate insulation with 2 layers of 2"polyisocyanurate insulation, replace flashing per DPS specs at all walls, drains, conduits, flues, gas lines, exhaustscurbs, thru-wall and overflow scuppers, skylights, A/C lines, expansion joints, and parapets. Replace all gaspipeand similiar stand supports bases with concete pavers, paint all existing gas piping per DPS specs. Replace andseal all existing pipe collars. Inspect/replace all applicable drains and gutters.

ADA COMPLIANCE

001 ADA COMPLIANCE - LEVEL 1 - Comply with DPS Design and Construction Standards SECTION 00700:ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS and all other applicable DPS Standards. See ADA Level 1 Database provided.Deficiency remedies provided in ADA database should serve as the PM guide only and should not be provided to theA/E for purposes of developing the project scope of work. A/E is directed to conduct a building survey limited to theareas identified in the survey. Other ADA deficiencies may be included if they meet the level 1 status and have notbeen identified in the survey. All questions of possible oversight of a deficiency shall be directed to DPS FacilityPlanning through the DPS Project Manager.

FINISH RESTORATION

000 FINISH RESTORATION / PAINT - Repaint all surfaces to include but not limited to, all tile and hard ceilings,walls, doorjambs, doors, woodwork, ductwork, univents, radiators and built-in wood or metal cabinets, bathroompartitions painted or baked-on finish. All rooms, corridors, stairwells, closets, storage, mechanical rooms andpiping per DPS piping color code. Duct cleaning is required in this scope.

REGULATORY / LIGHT FIXTURES

001 REGULATORY / LIGHT FIXTURES - Replace incandescent fixtures in gym.

TOILET ROOM (INCLUSIVE)

001 Toilet Room (inclusive) - Replace all fixtures, plumbing piping and partitions. Paint walls and Ceilings. Replace tileas required. Lighting to be updated. Repair any associated surface damage, i.e., glazed block, etc.
