008 ROOFING - BUILT-UP - Built-Up roofing to include the following: Gravel, 4-ply membrane,replace existing perlitewith 1/2" wood fiber, 1/8" taper insulation, replace exsiting polyisocyanurate insulation with 2 layers of 2"polyisocyanurate insulation, replace flashing per DPS specs at all walls, drains, conduits, flues, gas lines, exhaustscurbs, thru-wall and overflow scuppers, skylights, A/C lines, expansion joints, and parapets. Replace all gaspipeand similiar stand supports bases with concete pavers, paint all existing gas piping per DPS specs. Replace andseal all existing pipe collars. Inspect/replace all applicable drains and gutters.

Site area to include all lawn areas around main building andapproximatley 35,000 sf. Include right of way replacement/installation. Work to be conducted in conjunction withlearning landscape project. 001 LEARNING LANDSCAPE - Construct Learning Landscape per UCD Master Plan. Include 2" playground surfaceasphalt overlay. Work should be coordination with irrigation project . See master plan draft atwww.learninglanscapes.org - Conduct soils asphalt and other pertinent testing prior to bid development.
