FINISH RESTORATION

001 FINISH RESTORATION / PAINT - Repaint all surfaces to include but not limited to, all tile and hard ceilings,walls, doorjambs, doors, woodwork, ductwork, univents, radiators and built-in wood or metal cabinets, bathroompartitions painted or baked-on finish. All rooms, corridors, stairwells, closets, storage, mechanical rooms andpiping per DPS piping color code. Duct cleaning is required in this scope.

ASPHALT PAVING

001 ASPHALT REPLACEMENT - At the west side of building, replace 15,750 sq.ft of asphalt with 2" overlay withgeotec material in accordance with DPS specifications. Include all pertinent civil engineering, testing, andpermitting as necessary. Striping, ADA parking space allocations per ADA standards, signage to be included perDPS/City of Denver code. Replace all impacted landscaping, sod, and irrigation equipment as necessary.Coordinate with learning landscape project. See DPS Planning for site specific plans and QA/QCevaluation/recommendations. Harrington - Mitigate drainage issue per QA/QC recommendation for concreteswale.

LEARNING LANDSCAPE

001 LEARNING LANDSCAPE - Construct Learning Landscape per UCD Master Plan. Remove existing and replaceplayground asphalt. Include 2" playground surface asphalt overlay. Coordinate with parking lot paving. See masterplan draft at www.learninglanscapes.org - Conduct soils asphalt and other pertinent testing prior to bid development.
