ROOFING

001 ROOFING - EPDM - Regarding Deck#01 - EPDM roofing to include the following: Replacement of all existingballasted EPDM with fully-adhered EPDM membrane, inspact/repalce 1/2" cover bord, add 1.5" Isocyanuarteinsulation, to be added on top of 3" foil-faced isocyanurate insualtion. Replace flashing per DPS specs at all walls,drains, conduits, flues, gas lines, exhausts curbs, thru-wall and overflow scuppers, skylights, A/C lines, expansionjoints, and parapets. paint all existing gas piping per DPS specs. Replace and seal all existing pipe collars.

IRRIGATION

001 IRRIGATION - Add/repair existing irrigation system, piping, controls, heads, backflows, electrical and connectionsper DPS standards. - Gilpin - Site area to include all lawn areas around main buidling and play areas,approximatley 35,000 sf. Include learning landscape irrigation repair/replacement with vandal-resistant equipmentas an alternate, funding permitting. See DPS Planning for site plans and QA/QC evaluations/recommendations.
