FIRE SUPPRESSION / SPRINKLER

001 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM - Design new fire sprinkler system throughout entire building. Comply with DPSDesign and Construction Standards SECTION 15300: STANDPIPE AND FIRE SPRINKLER STANDARDS andall other applicable DPS Standards. Patch and Repair.

VENTILLATION / CENTRAL FAN / AHU

001 VENTILLATION - CENTRAL FAN - AHU - Attention this scope of work cannot proceed unless it is bundled with HENS C Temp Controls /Environment Scope. Design for HVAC replacement, and the removal of material andequipment no longer needed. Comply with DPS Design and Construction Standards Division 15 (applicablesections) and all other applicable DPS Standards. Patch and repair. Replace all unit-ventilators, replace steamand condensate feeds back to main, and replace all steam traps including drip and end of main. Include case workrequired to accommodate new unit-ventilators. All other central air-handling units need commercial cleaning, ductwork repaired as needed, new motors, replace branch piping if needed, steam traps, fan bearings and dampersections. Replace all Exhaust Fans including dampers. Replace steam traps as needed. Ductwork cleaning asneeded.

TEMP CONTROLS / ENVIRONMENT

001 TEMP CONTROLS - ENVIRONMENT - Attention this scope of work cannot proceed unless it is bundled with HVNT C Ventilation/Central Fan/ AHU Scope. Design for temperature controls replacement, and the removal ofmaterial and equipment no longer needed. Comply with DPS Design and Construction Standards SECTIONS15950: CONTROLS, 15975: INTEGRATED BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (IBAS) and all other applicableDPS Standards. Patch and repair. Install digital controls and control devices in new unit-ventilators, retrofit allother central air-handling units with new digital controls, electric damper operators, electric valves and operators.Exhaust fan control should be tied in with HVAC system where required or as was original intent. Includeconvectors, radiators, cabinet heaters, fan-coil units, reheats or other terminal heating equipment in DDC upgrade.Include IBAS interface.
