Cheltenham - Site area to includes 54,000 sf and includes building perimeter andright of way along Julien, 16th, and Irving. Site already on central clock which should be utilized. Add alternate forlandscape irrigation and area within courtyard, funding permitting. See DPS Planning for site plans and QA/QCevaluations/recommendations.
ADA COMPLIANCE
001 ADA COMPLIANCE - LEVEL 1 - Comply with DPS Design and Construction Standards SECTION 00700:ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS and all other applicable DPS Standards. See ADA Level 1 Database provided.Deficiency remedies provided in ADA database should serve as the PM guide only and should not be provided to theA/E for purposes of developing the project scope of work. A/E is directed to conduct a building survey limited to theareas identified in the survey. Other ADA deficiencies may be included if they meet the level 1 status and have notbeen identified in the survey. All questions of possible oversight of a deficiency shall be directed to DPS FacilityPlanning through the DPS Project Manager.
