FLOORING / CARPET
001 FINISH RESTORATION - CARPET - Replace all worn classroom and office carpeting and base trim per DPSspecs. Coordinate all necessary hazmat testing and abatement with DPS HazMat PMs. Scope to includebreakdown and/or relocation of all non-fixed equipment. Maintain all vinyl flooring areas around sinks currentlyexisting. Brown - Scope to include all of the 1st floor including the hallways with existing carpet, rooms 208, 216,215, 214, and LMC on the 2nd, as well as staff lounge and custodial areas currently carpeted in the basement.
ASPHALT PAVING
001 ASPHALT REPLACEMENT - Replacement of existing areas of asphalt parking , concrete driveways, curbing, andwalkways (if necessary), to be conducted in accordance with DPS specifications. Include all pertinent civilengineering, testing, and permitting as necessary. Striping, ADA parking space allocations and signage to beincluded per DPS/City of Denver code. Replace all impacted landscaping, sod, and irrigation equipment ifnecessary. Brown - (15,275 sf) Include parking blocks in lieu of piping. Mitigate grading site-wide.
