DESCRIPTION: : Cory Elementary School is hosting an open house at 8 a.m. on Friday, January 18, 2008. Come and meet the staff, tour the school and talk with representatives from the Denver Public Schools' Choice office and Early Childhood Education. Cory is an excellent rated Highly Gifted Magnet located in the Cory Merrill Neighborhood at 1550 South Steele St. Neighborhood families please join us and pre-enroll for kindergarten. Cory will also be accepting choice applications. The first round of choice applications for grades K-5 is January 7-January 31, 2008. Cory has classes for students aged 4 years old through 5th grade.
