DPS Releases Statement On School Attendance
Denver Public Schools treats Tuesday, May 1st, no different than any other regular school day. Our students are expected to be in the classroom learning. Just like any other day, if a parent or legal guardian submits a letter to the school excusing their child from school, it will be considered an excused absence. In the event a parent or guardian does not excuse the child via a letter, the student will be marked as unexcused.
