Live Chat With Author Joy Hakim On Channel 22
Noted social studies and science author Joy Hakim will be making a live television appearance on the Way Cool Science!! program hosted by Scott Sala on the Denver Public Schools Distance Learning Network, Channel 22. Ms. Hakim is the author of the popular, ten volume set, A History of the US and will be in the studio to discuss her current work, The Story of Science, a projected six volume series for middle schoolers and above. This special event will occur on Monday, May 14th beginning at 11:30 a.m. Questions for Ms. Hakim may be submitted in advance to scott_sala@dpsk12.org.
