McKinley-Thatcher To Host Annual Spring Auction This Friday
On Friday, April 6, the McKinley-Thatcher PTA will host their annual Spring Auction. This popular community event begins at 5:30-6:30 with dinner donated by Dave and Busters followed by a silent auction from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. and open bidding from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
A wide variety of wonderful items are being offered at the auction, including gift certificates from local Pearl Street and Broadway merchants, weekend stays at a mountain cabin a resort in Vail, blown glass and mosaic art, signed Avalanche and Nuggets items and game tickets, hand-crafted art created by students, Teacher and Staff Forays for students, specialty cakes, clothing and gifts for babies and children, and the opportunity to "Be a Vet for a Day", among other desirable items. The McKinley-Thatcher PTA, families and staff cordially invites the local and extended community to join them for a fun evening to benefit the student enrichment programs at McKinley-Thatcher. Free childcare will be provided.
