World Class Athlete To Speak At Smedley April 26
Olympian and current World Cup Champion skeleton racer Katie Uhlaender, from Breckenridge Colorado, will speak with Smedley Elementary 3rd, 4th and 5th graders on Thursday, April 26th at 2:15 p.m. about her experience as a world class athlete and her successes in life.
Katie is a favorite for a medal in the skeleton and half-pipe skiing for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics and will speak with Smedley students about setting goals and creating successes in your life. Her visit is sponsored by the Colorado I Have a Dream Foundation and Taco Bell.
