Art, Food, And Fun At Bromwell's 9th Annual Gallery Walk - Thursday, May 3
Bromwell Elementary School students, teachers, and families invite you to the Ninth Annual Gallery Walk at various art galleries in the Cherry Creek North business district. This is a free event for all families.
Art classes, led by visual arts instructor Angela Hottinger, have produced works of art modeled on a local artist. Each student and their parents will be able to present their class artwork to those attending. Students proudly talk about how they designed the piece, what materials were used, the artist who inspired them and truly enjoy the excitement of an artist showing their work at their very own gallery opening.
The event begins at 3 p.m. and runs through 7 p.m. Look for balloons outside 11 galleries in the neighborhood that will direct you to the students' work. Maps will be available on the day of the showing at Bromwell, 2500 East Fourth Avenue, and at Shaver-Ramsey Fine Rugs, 2414 East Third Avenue.
Student art will also be available for bid in anticipation of "Bid It Up For Bromwell", Call Angela Hottinger at 303-388-5969 with questions.
