9NEWS' "The Science Guy" To Visit Teller Elementary School On Thursday, March 22
On Thursday March 22, Steve Spangler , a leading expert in the area of inquiry-based learning will present one of his eye catching science demonstrations for Teller Elementary School. The focus of his work centers on hands-on learning and student motivation.
In December, Teller Elementary received a grant from Toshiba America Foundation, titled Developing the Scientific Thinking Process. The grant has enabled Teller to purchase materials to complement the new Science Tracks with more hands on Science Inquiry learning.
Teller is excited to welcome Steve to motivate more scientific thinking.
