This Executive Session is for the purpose of discussion and legal counsel regarding the following issues: (1) Contracts currently on the February 15, 2007 Board Meeting Agenda, and memorandums of understanding that may be subject to negotiations as authorized by C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e); (2) Acquisition and/or sale of a real property interests as authorized by CRS 24-6-402(4)(a); and (3) Receipt of legal advice on specific legal questions as authorized by CRS 24-6-402(4)(b).
