Happenings At Montclair School Of Academics & Enrichment
Montclair School of Academics & Enrichment - Close to home. Far from ordinary. Take another look.
The parents, teachers and students of Montclair invite you to join us for a variety of events in the upcoming weeks. An open house will be held on Thursday, January 25, from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Parents interested in attending Montclair for the upcoming school year are invited to tour the school and learn about our innovative; Schoolwide Enrichment Model and the Early High Strides program.
NOTE: Half and full-day programs will be offered for both ECE (Early Childhood Education for 4 year olds) and Kindergarten during the 2007-2008 school year. The deadline for the first round of choice applications is February 28th.
A Parent Enrichment Program will take place on Tuesday, February 6, at 6:30 p.m. The session titled "Supporting your Achieving Child" will help answer questions like "How much help should I give my child with his/her homework?" or "What should I do when my child's work isn't perfect?" Join us as we have a discussion with district psychologist Lesley Lurie. Childcare will be available.
Finally, prospective parents are invited for dessert, coffee and conversation on Thursday, February 22, at 7:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet other parents while learning about all of the exciting things taking place at Montclair. Childcare will be available.
