Lowry Elementary School Marathon On Sunday, October 15
42 Lowry Elementary students, ages 6-11, will complete the last mile of their 26.2 marathon during the Denver Marathon on Sunday, October 15. Students and coaches/mentors have participated in a Running Club for the past seven weeks. They have met after school twice weekly and have run 1-2 miles during each session. The last leg of their marathon will begin at Civic Center Park on Sunday at 8:20 a.m.
