Denver Public Schools Seeks Parents, Teachers And Community Members For Construction Advisory Committee To Plan The New Green Valley II K-8; Apply By Friday September 15, 2006

The Denver Board of Education is seeking parents, district employees and community members to serve on an eight- to 10-member Construction Advisory Committee that will play a major role in deciding the appearance of a new K-8 school in the Green Valley Ranch area.

The committee will start meeting in mid-September 2006 and finish work in about eight weeks. Those interested in serving on the committee should send a letter of interest to the Board of Education by September 15. The letter should include:
