Denver Public Schools Names New Communications Director
Alejandra Garza has been selected as the new Communications Director for DPS. Most recently, Garza served as State Communications Director for the Democratic National Committee in Colorado. Previously, she served as Press Secretary for the Senate Majority during the 65th General Assembly and the Special Session. Garza is a former reporter who worked as a television news reporter/ producer for the NBC affiliate in Colorado Springs-Pueblo, Spanish language reporter for Telemundo KVDA 60 in San Antonio, and producer for Univision KXLN 45 in Houston.
