Grant Middle School's 1st Annual Spring Arts Festival Is Tuesday, May 9
Grant Middle School will host its first annual Spring Arts Festival from 5 - 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 9 at the school.
Schmitt, Godsman, McKinley-Thatcher, Asbury and Lincoln Elementary Schools have been invited to display their creativity and join in the fun. The event will include entertainment, storytelling, art activities and food. Grant Middle School music and drama students will perform throughout the evening, as will the Lincoln Lynx. A performance by Canto do Galo Capoeria is scheduled along with a performance by the Afro-Brazilian Martial Arts dance and music group.
Incoming sixth-grade students and their families are encouraged to attend to tour the building and meet teachers. Members of the community are also invited.
