Henry Middle School's Academic Celebration Night Is Wednesday, April 12
On Wednesday, April 12 from 6 - 8 p.m., Henry Middle School will host an Academic Celebration Night. The theme of the night is "balance."
Some of the projects to be displayed include newspaper headlines about checks and balances, cookbooks, poems, balancing the tangible and intangible, haiku art pictures, Latin music posters, a physical activity pyramid, balance within life skills, books students have created and various art projects. One class will be gathering data from some probability games to address the question: "should a school carnival game be fair (balanced)?" Sixth-grade classes will display projects from the Invention Convention and Science Fair, including a Kitty Kabana, Yum Yum Gloves, Soap Trap, Food Cooler and more.
