International Community Festival Is Wednesday, May 3 At Merrill Middle School
Come join Merrill Middle School, Cory Elementary School, Ellis Elementary School and University Park Elementary School for the International Community Festival, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3 at Merrill.
The event will include drumming by Bob Hall and the Kusogea Nobi Drum Ensemble. School performances will include storytelling featuring Donnie Betts presenting "Spirit Voices," cultural dancing, an art exhibit, hands-on art activities and many learning booths featuring student presentations. Take a break in the continent of Europe for a spaghetti dinner and international desserts, visit 10,000 villages from Cherry Creek North and sample fruits from around the world, presented by Whole Foods Market.
Tickets are $4 for adults and $2 for children.
