Board Of Education Audit And Finance Committee Meeting Agenda - Thursday, March 2
The Denver Board of Education Audit and Finance Committee will hold a special meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday, March 2 at the administration building, 900 Grant St., Room 706.
Members of the Finance and Audit Committee will take action on four district contracts that will be subject to ratification by the entire Board at its next regular meeting (5 p.m. Thursday, March 16). Tentative committee meeting agenda items include:
- Motion to award architect contract to Klipp in association with Harold Massop Associates Architects, P.C. for a Stapleton III K-8.
- Motion to approve construction contract to Colorado Designscapes, Inc. for completing the Cowell, Fairview and Greenlee elementary schools' learning landscapes and the McKinley-Thatcher parking lot repair project.
- Motion to approve construction contract to Colorado Designscapes, Inc. for completing the Holm Elementary School learning landscape and sidewalk repairs and the Samuels Elementary School sidewalk repairs.
- Motion to approve construction contract to TC2 Construction Company for Barnum, Fairmont and Fairview elementary schools, Dora Moore K-8 School and Emily Griffith Opportunity School mechanical upgrade project.
All actions of the Audit and Finance Committee are subject to ratification of the full Board of Education at its next regular meeting (5 p.m. Thursday, March 16).
