Denver School Of The Arts To Host Second Annual Black History Month Celebration And Performance "Hold Fast To Dreams: A Tribute To The Historical Black Colleges And Education" Friday And Saturday, Feb. 24 And 25
Denver School of the Arts is proud to announce the second annual Black History Month celebration and performance "Hold Fast to Dreams: A Tribute to the Historical Black Colleges and Education" at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Feb. 24 and 25 at the school.
This student-written, directed, designed and choreographed show will feature performances by the DSA gospel choir along with dancing, acting, drum lines and stepping.
The celebration will kick off with a pre-show barbecue dinner at 5 p.m. Friday Feb. 24 at the school. Food tickets are $5; tickets to the performance are $3 for students and seniors, $5 for adults. Tickets are available at the Denver School of the Arts box office, 720-424-1713.
