Polaris Program's "Love Of Arts" Event Is Thursday, Feb. 9
Back by popular demand, the "Love of Arts" event returns from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9 at the Polaris at Ebert.
The event is designed with both adults and students in mind - to witness and enjoy the many ways the arts can be a part of your lives.
The school has many new performing and visual artists this year and artists from last year with new work. The event includes hand-blown glass, live iron forging, archeology artist, new library mural, gallery painters, sculptures, demos, and live bands including the return of the African drum band and more.
This event is free for the Polaris community. Pizza and beverages will be available for purchase. St. Marks Coffee is generously providing coffee and cookies for an optional donation to the school.
