Community Action & Problem-Solving (CAPS) is a service-learning model that offers youth hands-on learning opportunities as they apply their classroom lessons to real-world situations and issues through community service projects.

FrontRange Earth Force's mission is to engage young people as active problem-solvers who improve the environment and their communities now and in the future. This is accomplished by offering intensive professional development and technical assistance to the educators who touch the lives of young people every day. The FrontRange Earth Force staff provides on-going support to educators committed to using CAPS as a way of engaging young people in their own learning, as well as in the communities and world we all share.
