Bradley International School's "Family Art Night" Is Wednesday, Feb. 22

Bradley International School is proud to announce its third Family Art Night of the 2005-2006 school year. The Bradley community will gather beginning at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 22 in the cafeteria.

Family Art Night is a popular community-building event open to all Bradley students who come with an adult. Extended family members, such as grandparents, also are most welcome. This month, the event is also welcoming families who are interested next year in Bradley and its International Baccalaureate Primary Year's Programme (IB-PYP).

The event allows parents and students to meet each other, bond in a common experience together and learn more about the IB-PYP. Community members are invited to meet principal Angelo Spataro and there will be a presentation by the school's IB co-coordinator, Mary Firth. The event includes making Mardi Gras masks, led by Bradley art specialist Karen Kenney. Refreshments will be served.

This free event is made possible by the 2003 mill levy approved by Denver voters, restoring art and music instruction to elementary schools across the district.

Bradley International School is located at 3051 S. Elm St. The school's telephone number is 303-756-8386.
