Horace Mann Middle School Choir, Advanced Band And Orchestra To Perform Monday, Dec. 12; Choir To Perform Wednesday, Dec. 14
Horace Mann Middle School choir, advanced band and orchestra will perform at the Marycrest Assisted Living Center and the Wellington Webb Building next week.
Over 80 sixth through eighth grade choir, advanced band and orchestra students will perform from 9:15 to 11:10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12 at the Marycrest Assisted Living Center in north Denver.
Marycrest Assisted Living Center is located at 2850 Columbine St.
Later in the week, about 60 choir students will perform from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14 at the Wellington Webb Building.
The Wellington Webb Building is located at 201 W. Colfax Ave.
The students have been practicing for these winter concerts since the end of October. The concert will feature students performing a variety of music from simple melodies, to classical and traditional themes as well as holiday carols.
