Remington Elementary School Will Hold Family Math Night Today - Wednesday, Dec. 7
From 5 to 6:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Dec. 7) Remington Elementary School will hold a math night for all of the school's Early Childhood Education (ECE) through fifth grade students and their families.
The event will begin in the cafeteria with estimation games with prizes and Quizmo, a math bingo game with prizes. Families will then break up in groups and go to different classrooms where each child will participate in a "make-take it" activity, receiving a bag of supplies and game instruction to take home over the winter break for working on math skills. Afterwards, everyone will meet back in the cafeteria for hot dogs, refreshments and door prizes.
