Colfax Elementary School To Hold First Of Two Literacy Nights Tonight (Thursday, Nov. 17)
From 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17 Colfax Elementary School will hold its first of two literacy nights for children in all grades and their parents. This literacy night will focus on writing and oral language development.
Teachers will facilitate a session on oral language development for the parents, while the students have a read-aloud offering. Both the parent session and the read-aloud will be offered in English and Spanish. Prizes, pizza and soda will be served.
