Hill Middle School Campus Of Arts And Sciences And Bromwell Elementary School Displaying Art This Month
Through the month of November Hill Middle School Campus of Arts and Sciences is exhibiting student artwork at Fergie's Frozen Custard Stand, and Bromwell Elementary School fifth graders are displaying their artwork at Java Creek.
Hill's display at Fergie's Frozen Custard features colorful prints. Fergie's Frozen Custard at Lowry Town Center is located at 200 Quebec St., Building 600, Suite 117. The hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
Hill Middle School Campus of Arts and Science is one of 12 schools rolling out new programs this year thanks to $2.5 million from Denver voters to identify attractive educational programs and increase student enrollment in neighborhood schools. The plan calls for: infusion of state-of-the-art computer technology into all areas of student learning; and expansion and enrichment of the elective arts program and after-school enrichment and tutoring.
Bromwell Elementary School fifth-grade students are displaying an exhibition at Java Creek in Cherry Creek North. It is a display of "Art Multiples" inspired by Andy Warhol. Java Creek is located at 287 Columbine St. and is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday; and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
