"Bid It Up For Bromwell" Auction Is Saturday, May 14
Bromwell Elementary School will host its annual fundraising event "Bid it Up for Bromwell" to raise money for teachers' salaries, materials and arts programs. The program was initiated six years ago by a group of parents as a result of the reduced funding for the arts, music, drama and computer classes at the school.
This year, following a gallery walk in Cherry Creek North featuring children's art, Bromwell will host "Bid It Up for Bromwell," a live auction, silent auction and party with live music under a tent on Fillmore Plaza.
The event is Saturday, May 14 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Fillmore Plaza in Cherry Creek North. Tickets are available for $25 and include hors d'oeuvres, desserts, wine, beer, beverages and live music.
Tickets may be purchased at the Cherry Creek North BID office, 2960 E. Second Ave., Suite B (under Kazoo & Co.) or at Shaver Ramsey Fine Rugs, 2414 E. 3rd.
