Lincoln Elementary School Presents First Annual Jazz/Blues Fest At Bluebird Theatre Feb. 24
Lincoln Elementary School invites the community to its first annual Jazz/Blues Fest at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24 at the Bluebird Theatre, 3317 E. Colfax Ave. Music will start at 6:30 p.m.
Musicians include Tempa and the Tantrums, Carl Dixon, Cique and Jeff Jenkins and Wendy Fopeano and the Denver School of the Arts Jazz Band.
Tickets are $12 and may be purchased at Lincoln Elementary School, the Bluebird Theatre or the Ogden and Gothic theatres (free of service charge) or at www.nipp.com, www.ticketweb.com and all ticketweb outlets at 866-468-7621.
Money raised will be used to start a music instrument program and to support ongoing programs at Lincoln. The show is sponsored by Hensel Phelps Construction Company, Gift of Jazz, Colorado Blues Society and Twist and Shout.
