Morey Middle School Dance At Denver Press Club Jan. 29 Benefits School
Morey Middle School is hosting an adult-only evening from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29 at the Denver Press Club, 1330 Glenarm Place in downtown Denver. The event, which benefits the school, features food, dancing, fun and live music by local band Toast.
Tickets are $25 per adult. Space is limited, so buy tickets today by calling Flo Nath at 303-257-1395 or mailing a check (payable to Morey Middle School) to the Morey Middle School treasurer, 840 E. 14th Ave., Denver, CO 80218.
For nine years, Toast has treated fans to a wide variety of classic rock and roll and a few signature original songs, including E-Mail Female and Things Fall Apart. From Doobie Brothers to Delbert McClinton, from Elvis to Santana, from Cream to Fleetwood Mac, the band plays an eclectic mix of upbeat covers.
