Lowry Elementary School To Hold On-Site Bonfils Blood Drive On Friday, Jan. 21
Lowry Elementary School will host an on-site blood drive for Bonfils Blood Center from 2:30 until 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 21 in the school library. As an incentive, each donor will receive a free fleece scarf for their contribution to the cause. Childcare will also be provided.
Bonfils Blood Center is an integral part of the healthcare system throughout Colorado. It now operates nine community donor centers, serves over 115 statewide healthcare facilities, collects more than 200,000 units of blood every year, and offers a variety of services to better meet the needs of the community, including the Colorado Marrow Donor Program and Laboratories At Bonfils. Bonfils Blood Center currently provides blood and blood products to more than 115 hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Colorado.
