Board Of Education Meeting Agendas For Thursday, Oct. 7

The Board of Education will hold a work session, public comment and regular meeting on Thursday, Oct. 7 at the administration building, 900 Grant St.

Following is a review of agenda highlights:

4 P.M. - Work Session, Room 706 (Please note some items may not be considered until after the regular meeting)

  1. Review of Board meeting agenda items
  2. Negotiations (closed)
  3. 2004-2005 Priorities
  4. CSAP Analysis

5 P.M. - Regular Meeting, First Floor Board Room

  1. American Indian Education Advisory Council Report
  2. Policy Repeal and Re-enact - Policy BEDH, public participation at Board meetings
  3. Resolution supporting the passage of Tobacco Tax Increase in Colorado (Ballot Question 35)
  4. A series of resolutions amending the adopted budget and appropriating expenditures
  5. Pending is a resolution governing core values regarding school choice
  6. Under new business, proposed 2004-2005 district priorities will be considered

7 P.M. - Public Hearing, First Floor Board Room
